2. Use of Service
Our workshops, trainings, and accelerator program are offered for educational purposes. You agree to use the platform respectfully and in compliance with applicable laws.
3. Accounts & Applications
Accelerator applications must contain accurate information. We reserve the right to accept or decline any applicant at our discretion.
4. Payments & Refunds
Paid workshops are non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled session. Contact support@upskillpm.org for refund requests outside that window.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, and content remain the property of UpskillsAcademy.ai. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted; redistribution is not.
6. Privacy
We collect only the data necessary to deliver our programs: name, email, and application details. We do not sell your data. You may request deletion at any time.
7. Community Guidelines
Our Discord, Telegram, and other community spaces require respectful behavior. Harassment, spam, or hate speech results in immediate removal.
8. Liability
UpskillsAcademy.ai is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or on this page.
